Roofing I do construction management contract work. I
have an F150 Ford truck, camera, laptop computer, enclosed trailer and the
necessary tools to get the job done. June 6 2014 – July 31 2015 Goodman Networks – I was hired as a Construction
Manager II June 6, 2014 – July 31, 2015. The reason for all the layoffs was
Sprint canceled 180 2.5 sites, then canceled the contract with Goodman
Networks effective July 31 2015. Job Description; Overseeing the 6.5 build out,
the high capacity expansions and the 2.5 build out for Sprint. I completed
approximately 130 sites for Sprint. Jan 2013 – Aug 2013 Crown
Castle/Insight Global, Construction Manager II; supervised installation 55
ODAS sites in the 5 Disney World parks in Florida including Magic Kingdom,
Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney. My job
consisted of designing and reviewing all sites and blueprints with the
A&E engineers, red lining all blueprints on all sites. Also inspecting
all work done by construction crews, doing all final inspections including
close outs and hand offs of the sites to AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-mobile 2003 – 2012 1. Consulting work for ComSoEast and BTO
construction on numerous sites. 2. Contract work for numerous companies. Nokia,
Nortel, AT&T 3. I own We Save Homes, Inc. I buy, renovate and
resell residential property in the Central Florida area [over 75 completed to
date] 2000 – 2003 1. Worked as a construction manager for ComSoEast
and BTO construction. 2. Completed numerous projects including the 675
site Sprint build out 3. Completing numerous Nokia sites. 4. Over 30 complete ground up tower site builds. 5. New raw land site build outs. 6. 1000’s of line sweeps using the Anritsu Site
Master [both new and existing sites]. 7. Hiring and training of start up crews on electrical
and site installation requirements. 8. Developing and improving
construction/installation procedures. 9. Construction crew training and monitoring 10. Trouble shooting 11. Reviewed site drawings for optimum site
layout 12. Outfitting 12 trucks for the sprint legacy
metro cell swap out with tools and materials. 13. Review site closeout after integration with
site techs. 14. Road construction consulting 15. Built 30+ ground up new builds [rooftops,
self support and monopole] and 36 co-locates. Tampa Super Bowl build out - Tampa International
Airport Project was
completed a month early and 3 million under budget. Other tasks
and responsibilities included, red lining site plans, site walks, stacking
towers [self support and monopole], rooftop platforms and installing Nortel
and Nokia equipment, temporary site build out upgrades [Tampa superbowl],
running lines and antenna, certified Anritsu sweeps through ComSoEast
training program on new and existing lines, and overseeing quality control
and employee training. I have had extensive training in the overall workings
of bringing a cell site from inception to completion. I have an extensive
background [40 years] in residential and commercial construction including 3
years as an electrician. I have done hiring, training, scheduling,
construction codes, construction procedures and quality control. I read blue
prints, schematics and node data sheets. Getting a
project done correctly, on time and under budget is my primary objective. References: 1970 –
